Terrorism

Terrorists groups such as al Qaeda threaten America. We must pursue the war on terrorism, no matter where it leads us, no matter the cost. We can only do this by understanding our enemies as well as we know ourselves. "While we hunt down Osama bin Laden", says Harrison, "We must also learn what makes terrorist groups tick so that we can prevent future attacks before they occur."

This can be accomplished without trampling on the constitution or the Geneva convention.
